The founder
Why James built this.
James comes from campaign advertising and business leadership. He has spent his career building campaigns that put businesses in front of the right customers, and leading the teams that turn that attention into revenue.
Running campaigns kept surfacing the same pattern: small businesses can win attention, but the follow-through breaks. Missed calls, slow follow-up, no search visibility, and owners buried in repetitive tasks. We want to help small businesses grow, expand, and leverage AI so they don't get left behind.
The tools to fix all of it exist. Buying them and making them actually work are two completely different jobs, and most owners have neither the time nor a team to bridge that gap.
Algorhythms AI exists to close it. We are a done-for-you agency: we configure the AI, integrate it with your business, and manage it on retainer. James leads strategy and growth, Amber leads engineering, and the owner never has to become a software expert to get enterprise-level results.

Amber spent more than 15 years on Grainger's development team, helping grow one of the largest B2B e-commerce platforms in the country.
As a DevOps release and engineering specialist at a Fortune 500 company, her job was keeping a massive online platform stable, fast, and constantly improving. Before that she built software for Fanatics, the Department of the Navy, and healthcare logistics platforms.
At Algorhythms AI, Amber brings that discipline to small business systems. The CRMs, voice agents, and automations we deploy are built, tested, and released the way enterprise teams do it, then managed the same way after launch.
